Recently we really got a chance to see how his company and the primary Insurance Company (Allstate) handled things when times got tough. We were hit hard during the late March Hail storm in the Dallas area. 4 vehicles as well as roofs on two homes. The follow up was within hours of when the storm hit us (Sunday night!) We were taken care of and are very happy with the overall performance by both Mark and Allstate!
