Car wash (recently Master Shine) but is under new ownership. The manager and staff were super nice and very helpful! They did a great job cleaning my vehicle & they do not rush, which I love!!!!
HORRIBLE!! service. I took my truck into them and asked the "Manager"Tyler Leard to detail the inside and shampoo the seats. He gives me a price of $52. He had the truck for about 45 min. I inspected the truck after they were done and it was still dirty ( it's like they didn't even touch it) I asked him about it and he didn't take responsibility for it at all. He made an excuse for everything. With tax I paid $60 for a "professional detail" when I could have paid some kid to do the same job for like $15.
He didn't even offer me a discount or a refund. There is truly no such thing as good customer service anymore. Blows my mind!! Stay away from these people. They are a rip off!!!! I even looked them up on the BBB after this horrible experience and they have a rating of D-... WOW! and they are under Heritage Car Wash
They have been amazing everytime I come up here. They do an amazing job on our vehicles amd have amazong customer service!!
Better quality wash and service than the previous company. Employees at the finishing station could have been a little more active at getting the vehicle completed. I arrived early and was the only vehicle there yet. It seemed to take a long time to finish. Employee apologized for the delay.
